| Synopsis | Arrival of the delegation at Rinas Airport. Reception by the people. To welcome the delegation of Chinese workers, led by the member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, Pan Shi Gao, present were the First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Albanian Party of Labour, Tonin Jakova, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Reiz Malile, and the Chinese ambassador Li Zhen Hua. Enver Hoxha receives the delegation at the headquarters of the Central Committee. Present are comrades Hysni Kapo, Rita Marko, Tonin Jakova, Behar Shtylla, and Ambassador Li Zhe Hua. Mehmet Shehu also receives the delegation at the Council of Ministers. Present are Adil Çarçani, Abdyl Këllezi, Jorgjie Peçini, and Jashar Mezenxhiu. They accompany the delegation to the black metallurgy plant in Elbasan, where the director Ilo Karanxha provides explanations. The delegation then visits the Elbasan–Prrenjas railway works and meets volunteers working on the construction of the Murrash Bridge. The delegation visits the agricultural cooperative of Lupardha, the ammonium nitrate plant “Gogo Nushi” in Fier, and the nitrogen fertilizer plant in Fier. In Gjirokastër, the delegation visits the War Museum and the house where Enver Hoxha was born, accompanied by Pjeter Kosta. The delegation also visits the Mao Zedong Hydropower Plant in Vau i Dejës, where they are accompanied by the Shkodër dancer Zino Franja and Sotir Kamberi. Footage of the dam.
