| Synopsis | During the last days of October 1966, on the main streets you see buses with delegates. People convey great love to the delegates who dance in front of the main square. Comrades M. Shehu, A. Carcani, K. Theodhosi, A. Kellezi, R. Alia cut the ribbon for the inauguration of some industrial and agricultural works. A. Carcani, K. Theodhosi, A. Kellezi, R. Alija, etc. visit the fine arts exhibition. Hundreds of employees of the capital have come to welcome the foreign delegations at the airport. The head of the delegation, Kan Shen, hugs comrade A. Carcani. Representatives of 33 Marxist-Leninist parties and groups have come from all over the world to participate in the work of the congress against imperialism and revisionism.
