| Synopsis | Movie starting with the beautiful view from the city of Durres. On the occasion of the month of friendship with Soviet Union, a delegation from the Soviet Union headed by Professor Isajev is coming to Albania. The Soviet delegation is welcomed at the port of Durres by Todi Lubonja, etc. The delegation visits Tirana and the “Stalin” textile factory. Professor Isajev addresses public audience at the rally organized for this special occasion. Demir Ruka welcoming the Soviet delegation on behalf of the workers. Comrades Fiqerete Shehu, D. Shefqet Peci is also taking part in the rally. A concert was held with Soviet artists for this occassion. The anniversary of the Peze Conference is being celebrated in Peze. Enver Hoxha and members of the Russian diplomatic corps accredited in Tirana are participating in the celebrations .
