| Synopsis | Maliqi 1961. The excavator digging the soil to widen and deepen the channel to better absorb the water of the Korca’s field. Some ancient vases are discovered, demonstrating the ancient resources. The director of the museum of Korce visits the discovery site and immediately informs the Archaeological Museum of the State University of Tirana. The expedition led by comrades Frano Prendi comes from Tirana. In the excavations of 1962 shows that people had built houses with water, straw, wood and mud. These houses were built on some strong hinges, image of the houses. The houses were built later in the copper age, are thought to have been burned by a strong fire. This is proven by a large amount of wheat, barley and carbonized bridges. All found materials are sent to the museum laboratory where they are analysed and restored.
