| Synopsis | On the fifth congress of Agricultural Cooperatives. The film begins with a view of the Congress hall. Enver Hoxha, Mehmet Shehu, Hysni Kapo, Haki Toska, Beqir Balluku, Adil Carcani, Ramiz Alia, Rita Marko, Gogo Nushi, Manush Myftiu, Spiro Koleka, Koco Theodhosi, etc. take a seat in the stands. The congress was chaired by Mehmet Shehu (simultaneous). Piro Dodbiba reports (synchronously). Haki Toska welcomes the congress (synchronously). Fuat Cela is listening.
