| Synopsis | Fireworks at night. A solemn meeting is organized IN honour of the jubilee of Independence, where comrades Mehmet Shehu, Hysni Kapo, Beqir Balluku, Spiro Koleka Petrit Dume, Haki Toska, Ramiz Alia take part. Enver Hoxha reporting. Comrade Spiridinov spoke on behalf of the Soviet delegation. Paskal Aleksi spoke on behalf of exiled Albanians. Welcoming representatives from the delegations of youth, workers, villagers, women’s organizations, pioneers, etc. People prepare for the parade in the morning of November 29. The military departments are lined up. Enver Hoxha, the Soviet delegate and other comrades of the movement. General A. Hasko briefs comrade Beqir Balluku. The Minister of People’s Defence Colonel General Beqir Balluku spoke on behalf of the Central Committee of the Labour Party and the government. Kadri Azbiu and Ramiz Alia are also in the stands. The parade begins. The students of the United School “Enver Hoxha” parade, followed by Skanderbeg’, the people’s army, border guards, marines, aerial artillery and tanks. The mass parade is opened by gymnasts, then pioneers, partisans, urban and rural workers parading . The fireworks are set off in the square in front of the Executive Committee, in the evening. |
