| Synopsis | The people gathered in front of the square of the People’s Assembly in Tirana, learning the news of J. V. Stalin’s death. His monument in the centre of Tirana is surrounded by black ribbons. People paying condolence visits to the Soviet legate, Enver Hoxha and other members of the K.Q. PPSH The Kremlin is being displayed on the screens, artillery fires in blackout, a pioneer acting as a guard of honour. Member of the Political Bureau, Comrade Hysni Kapo giving his last farewell to Comrade Stalin. Enver Hoxha, first secretary of the Central Committee of Albanian Party of Labou, taking the oath on the behalf of the Albanian people before the great Stalin. Enver Hoxha emphasizing: Stalin has not died for us and he will never die. I swear that I will hold high the banner of Proletarian Internationalism. Sitting on their knees to pay tribute to Stalin. Enver Hoxha and other comrades such as : Mehmet Shehu, Hysni Kapo, Manush Myftiu, Pilo Peristeri, Beqir Balluku, Petrit Dume, Koco Theodhosi, Adil Carcani, Rita Marko, Spiro Koleka, Ramiz Alia, Gogo Nushi and all the people. In front of Stalin’s monument, wreaths of flowers are being placed on behalf of the Party of Labour of Albania, the Presidium of the People’s Assembly, the Soviet ambassador, Minister Levincin and the Major General Gljelov. Omer Nishani, Gogo Nushi, Tuk Jakova are attending the ceremony. The signing of the oath by the leaders of the party and the Albanian people.
