| Synopsis | Showing images of Tirana on the days of the congress, “Skanderbeg” square, ministries buildings and the People’s Theatre building. On this holiday, the “Enver” factory was inaugurated. Comrades Mehmet Shehu, Hysni Kapo, Gogo Nush, Beqir Balluku, Spiro Koleka, Pilo Peristeri, Adil Carcani, Manush Myftiu, and Beqir Balluku are in the presidium.
