The works of the chemical-metallurgical factory is being inaugurated in Lac, Milot. Mayor of the Council of Ministers comrade M. Shehu laying the first stone. Comrade K. Theodhosi and ambassador Cek Farantishek Malik addressing the public. The beer and liquor factory is inaugurated in the “Ali Kelmendi” food processing plant in Tirana. Industry Minister Xhafer Spahiu speaks on this occasion. The children’s home is inaugurated in Tirana by comrade B. Balluk. The building of the children’s camp is inaugurated in Dajte. The copper beneficiation factory is inaugurated in Kurbnesh, comrade A. Carcani and the German ambassador Ana Kundeman addressing the public. This factory was named “Vilhem Pik”. February 12, a day before the opening of the congress, thousands of residents of the city of Tirana demonstrate in front of the Central Committee building. Comrades Enver Hoxha, B. Balluku, H.
