| Title | The 12th Balkan Basketball Championship |
| Synopsis | The 7th Balkan Basketball Championship took place at the “Partizani” sports palace. The best basketball players from Albania, Bulgaria, Yugoslavia, Romania, Turkey as well as the Albanian youth team take part in this activity. At the opening ceremony of the championship, the athletes were greeted by the first chairman of the State Committee for Physical Culture, Artur Nishani. The Bulgarian teams opened the program , the match ended with the result 82-69. Then our two teams met. The basketball match ended with the victory of the representative team 76-48. The program of the first day ended with the match between the teams of Romania and Yugoslavia, Yugoslavia won 67-59. There was a meeting between Albania and Turkey during the second day, the game focuses on the Turkish player Hysen Al 2. 14 meters tall. Our team in the second half of the game goes on the attack, often endangering the Turkish side. However, the game ended 87-78 with the victory of Turkey. The match between Bulgaria and Yugoslavia ended with the victory of Yugoslavian team. Romania and Bulgaria playing basketball. Bulgaria wins 87-77.
