| Synopsis | The film begins with a view of the city of Tirana, which has a festive look. At the airport of Rinas, colleagues come out to meet their friends: Mehmet Shehu, Adil Carcani, Baqir Balluku, Haki Toska, Hysni Kapo, Manush Myftiu, Ramiz Alia, Rita Marko, Spiro Koleka, Abdyl Kellezi, Koco Theodhosi, Petrit Dume, Xhevahir Spahiu, Myslym Peza, etc. The foreign affairs representative of the People’s Republic of China Li Tin Ciuan arrived at the airport. Comrade Mehmet Shehu hugs Comrade Van Tan Shen, etc. Pioneers giving bouquets of flowers. The crowded streets of Tirana. The cars of the delegation look like sailing boats. The Party and the Executive Committee of Vlora gave a reception in honour of the delegation, where comrade Petro Dode and the member of the C.C. of Chinese Communist Party were welcomed. A toast is raised to Albanian-Chinese friendship. Delegation leaves Vlora for Berat. During the trip, the delegation was given a very warm welcome by the Catalan cooperative, which is on the Fier-Berat border. Friends were received by the chief secretary of the district of Berat P. Gusho. The delegation visits the Mao Ce Dun Textile Factory in Berat. 10,000 people gather at Kombinati Square in a big friendship rally. Greetings P.
