| Synopsis | The castle of Rozafa and the mountains around the city of Shkodra. Women delegates leaving by bus for Shkoder where the 7th congress of BGSH will be held. Party leaders arrive in Shkoder. Girl dancing in the streets of Shkodra. Plates on the 7th Congress of BGEnver Hoxha, accompanied by his secretary Prokop Murra, arrives at the congress and meets with Vito Kapo. Then he enters the congress hall and meets with Prokop Murren. Enver Hoxha, Mehmet Shehu, Manush Myftiu, Hysni Kapo, Spiro Koleka, Haki Toska, Pilo Peristeri, Rita Marko, Ramiz Alia, Abdyl Kellezi and Haxhi Lleshi are at the congress tribune. Nexhmije Hoxha opens the congress and gives the floor to the president of women’s union, Vito Kapo, who delivers the report (synchronously). Vito Capo speaks. Photos of women in the past. Eleni Pashko and F. Shehu present in the hall. Shefqet Peci, Thoma Deljana, Kico Ngjela, M. Fuga. Enver Hoxha congratulates the Lezha delegates to whom he autographs the book. Mehmet Shehu welcomes the congress (simultaneous). Discussions of the delegates. D V. Hanxhari, Fiqerete Shehu, Nexhmije Hoxha, Jorgji Pecini, Eleni Pashko, journalist Shpresa Kamani, and driver Raze Sula talking . A mountain delegate sings a rhapsody. Foreign delegates discussing. Enver Hoxha and Mehmet Shehu, accompanied by Prokop Murra, visit industrial facilities in Shkoder, the Mao Ce Dun hydropower plant and the war museum. They lay wreaths and pay tribute to the martyrs’ cemeteries. Dancing in the street. Enver Hoxha and Mehmet Shehu meet with people. Enver Hoxha also takes part in the inauguration of the new aqueduct in Mbishkodre. He speaks from the tribune (synchronously) and drinks water in the tank. Closing of the congress. Rally at the central square. Vito Capo speaks. Enver Hoxha, Haxhi Lleshi, and Nexhmije Hoxha are in the stands. |
