| Synopsis | The film begins with the construction of the railway. Pal Vata, the father of Shkurta, are with the volunteers. In front of the tombstone, “Mehmet Shpendi” Dukagjin Brigade gathers. Wreaths are placed on the tomb. Pali speaks, the young people listen. Young people going to work. The heroic example of Shkurta has lifted the weight not only of the youth but also of the elderly. Uncle Demiri from Menkulasi (Korce) has come to work with young men and women. Shkurta’s childhood friend speaks (synchronized). Pal Vata speaks (synchronized). The rally of Lushnje where the volunteers are escorted to Pecaj in Dukagjini.
