Synopsis | Teacher Maxhide Koloci visting the village of Dobrac for the first time. She is introduced with the school director Osman Dedja and her fellow teachers. The next day she is introduced to the schoolchildren whom she will be teaching. She is with another friend. She meets with village girls at the fountain and gets to know them. She found a developed cultural life in the village. The volleyball team playing. The village teacher Luiza Ajazi addresses the women during the ‘mother and child’ course. The new houses and the cooperative girls going to work. The chairman of the cooperative, Beqir Sahatcija, assigning the tasks of the day to the brigades. The school bell rings and students enter the new teacher’s classroom. Days pass one after the other. The teacher is familiarized with the work of the cooperative, a tractor works in the field, a peasant woman picks olives. Other workers regulate tobacco strings. The mother of a boy who was missing due to sickness. The family economics class led by teacher Aferdita Afizi, many women teach. The agronomist Xhelal Mehmeti talks to the villagers about some rules of agro-technics. Villagers see an autumn exhibition in the village. Women go to work dressed modestly.
