Synopsis | The film begins with images of beautiful dawns. Villagers going to work. At a peasant house. A song lets the old man of the house remembering the bitter past. The marsh of Lushnje, poor and naked children, sleeping uncovered, etc. Floods. Images from the national liberation war. Agrarian reform, peasant women dancing. Tombstones showing the sacrifices made for this victory. The villagers of these villages listen to a concert organized by the cooperative members. The old man remembers November 1946 when the first agricultural cooperative was established. Photos from the setup of cooperative. The first to join this union were Fani Muco, Sifi Gjermeni, Pali Gjermeni, Uan Shani, Tana Davidhi, Gjergji Shani and others. Now this cooperative is mechanized. 35 tractors work here. The Thanes reservoir irrigates the lands of this cooperative. Wheat comes out as one of the threshing plants. Maize in abundance, cotton like sea. The cows graze while the members of cooperative serve them in the stables from where the milk is poured in bulk. (233) The shearing of sheep. The cooperative is rich in chickens and bees. The meeting of the organization of the Party is being held. To provide firewood cooperative’s mulberry tree grows very quickly. The house of culture, the village school was built.
