| Synopsis | The film begins by presenting a group of volunteers boarding a train, going to the railway while singing. Volunteers gathering in Gradisht. Enveri comes to Gradisht. Enveri visits the bridge of Rrogozhina where he talks with his former student, chief engineer, Andrea Papastefani. Enver is accompanied by Ramiz. Alija, Dashnor Mamaqi, Agim Mero, R. Gjermeni (the first secretary of Lushnje). Lay floral wreaths at the Shkurta Tombstone. A large rally of volunteers is organized in Gradishte. Enver Hoxha speaks (synchronized).
