| Description | The anniversary of the first congress of Albanian anti-fascist women. In the city of Berat came Vito Kapo, Nexhmije Hoxha, Fiqirete Shehu, Eleni Pashko and former delegates of the first congress of Albanian anti-fascist women. To commemorate this historic day, the leadership of the city union presented flowers to the delegates. A commemorative meeting was organized in the house of culture “Margarita Tutulani” in which Spiro Koleka, Pilo Peristeri took part. Eleni Pashko, vice president of the Albanian Women’s Union, opened the meeting. Nefo Muftiu, secretary of the Albanian Women’s Union, held the report of the mandates of the delegates. Ramadan Xhangolli, the first secretary of the district party committee of Berat, brought the greetings of the people of this district to the meeting. The speech of the occasion was held by Vito Kapo, president of the Albanian Women’s Union. Vera Ngjela, Ela Gjikondi, etc. are spoken. In the hall where the first congress was held 20 years ago, a conference was held where Fiqirete Shehu spoke. A commemorative plaque was placed in this building. Women put their signatures in the golden book in memory of the first congress. The 20th anniversary of the formation of the 9th assault brigade and the liberation of Korca. In the village of Lozhan in Gore, Korca district, a tombstone was erected to place wreaths. Lieutenant General Mihallaq Zicishti, former commissar of the 9th assault brigade, presents the force to Beqir Balluku. Along with the delegation came the Fenian ensemble which gave a performance in our country. |
