| Description | Berat festival. October 24, 1964, the 20th anniversary of the first democratic Government. It starts with the view of Berat, and the democratic government passes through the city, the pioneers welcome them with flowers and the people applaud happily. Enver meets with war veterans and mothers of martyrs. The rally organized on this occasion was opened by Ramadan Xhangolli. The speech was given by the member of the political bureau of the Central Party Committee and the first vice president of the Council of Ministers, Spiro Koleka. Mehmet Shehu, Rita Marko, Enver Hoxha put wreaths on the graves of the martyrs. In the Mangalam district is the building where the first democratic government meets. This house is the museum of the national liberation war of the city. The former leadership of the first democratic government looks at the exhibition located in this museum. People visit the exhibition and Enver caresses a child. The people applaud. Beqir Balluku also assists. |
