Ndreci Plasari speaks, Vehbi Hoxha gives the report “The armed uprising of the Albanian people in the anti-fascist National-Liberation war”. Professor Luan Omari gives the report “The problem of popular power during the National-Liberation war”. Shyqyri Ballova delivers the report “The national-liberation movement of our people and the world anti-fascist war”. Professors Bedri Dedja and Dhimiter Shuteriqi hold the report “Problems of the new culture during the National-Liberation war”. 1000 foreign researchers take part in the proceedings of the conference. 100 statements and references were held.
