The proceedings of the 6th Albanian Red Cross Congress took place in Tirana. Comrade Mane Lishova gave the report on this occasion. Comrade Cirril Pistoli welcomed the congress. (41.50m). Vaqar electric light. On the eve of the new year, an electric cabin was installed in Vaqar.
