| Description | The 3rd Congress of the Union of Youth and Work of Albania. On November 23-26, the 3rd Congress of the People’s Republic of Albania was held in Tirana. More than 600 delegates from all the districts of Albania are taking part in this Congress. Enver Hoxha, Mehmet Shehu, Hysni Kapo, Beqir Balluku, Manush Myftiu, Spiro Koleka, Gogo Nushi, Rita Marko etc. are in the honour stand. Foreign delegations such as the delegation of the Soviet Union, China and the delegation of the International Union of Students also take part in the Congress. The report is held by Todi Lubonja, first secretary of the Union of Youth and Work of Albania. Hysni Kapo, member of the political bureau, brings greetings from the Central Committee of the Labour Party of Albania. The head of the delegation of the Soviet Youth Kaldayev, the head of the Chinese delegation Lu Cin Juan speaks. Kondraki Cauri speaks on behalf of the international union of students. A group of pioneers with flowers and flags in their hands come to greet the Congress. The Congress flag was taken by the youth of Tirana. (238.60m) |
