The Secretary General, Enver Hoxha, presents the report. The Greek, Hungarian, Polish, French, etc. C.P. delegation welcomes the Congress. The congress was greeted by different representative tribunes from mass organizations. Gogo Nushi, Hysni Kapo, Nexhmije Hoxha, Liri Belishova speak. The Congress elected the New Central Committee. (162.40) Rally with the people of the Capital, Enver Hoxha speaks on the closing of the 1st Congress. A Romanian sports delegation places wreaths on the hands of the martyrs and after that this team meets the team of 17-Nentori and Partizan. |
