Synopsis The crowded streets of Helsinki, children, a painter painting shop windows, girls walking the street. Tall buildings, a sculptor, a group of blacksmiths with hammer. On the way to the Olympic stadium, our delegates dancing and cheering. The parade starts at the stadium. The Albanian, Brazilian, Spanish, Chinese delegation parading. The parade continues until late at night. A seminar of architects took place in Tapiola, Helsinki, among attendees is the Brazilian architect Pado Costa.
