| Synopsis | Children playing at the Palace of Pioneers in Tirana, the voice of the moderator announcing the invitation of a pioneer to go to the 4th National festival of children’s songs. The song “Macoku lara lara” is sung. Departure by bus to Shkoder and on the way children sing songs: “On the wings of the Party”. In Shkoder, they are waiting for the pioneers. Rehearsals are continuing at Pionieri’s house. Choir with the song “I will take the chimneys higher”. Tonin Daja conductor. The houses of Shkoder, factory chimneys. The festival opened at the “Migjeni” theatre of Shkodra with the song “Partisan Paths” sung by the choir. The choir is conducted by Preng Jakova. The festival is streamed on the radio. Two pioneers sing the song “Kenga te Bucasi”. The composer Cesk Zadeja and the artistic director of the state ensemble Milto Vako, Zeliha Sina from Elbasan singing the song “Poppies” which wins the 1st prize. Cesk Zadeja distributes the prizes. The Minister of Education and Culture comrade Thoma Deliana welcomes the pioneers on the scene for the success they reap in their festival. About the 4th national children’s song festival. |
