| Synopsis | Movie begins with some footage from the preparation of the national song and dance festival. Festival goers coming from Kukesi and Peshkopia. Young people dancing at Tirana’s main square in front of the Executive Committee, a podium is being erected for this occasion. Festival participants leaving by steamship from Durres to Moscow. They are welcomed by young people and the Soviet people in Odesa. The first secretary of Odesa, Tatjana Ocirenko, gave a speech for this occasion. Kyiv station is full of people welcoming the festival goers. Our young people getting off at the Moscow station where they are greeted with joy by the youth of the city. Festivalgoers driving through the city. Festivalgoers from all countries parading at the “Lenin” stadium. Our delegation parades first, then the Indian, Chinese, French, and Russian delegations. The president of the Supreme Soviet Klement Voroshilov welcoming the festival attendees. The soviet youth doing gymnastic exercises. People in line waiting to visit the mausoleum.
