| Synopsis | Young people walking through the streets with flags in their hands. Young people with shovels in hand going to work in the deep areas of the Great Highlands. A boy working in a canal. A group of young people playing musical instruments. People dancing. People escort the delegates to the 5th Youth Congress. The Red Guards are welcomed at Rinas airport, the pioneers give them flowers. The Congress Hall, the entire Politburo is present. The report about the activity of the Central Committee is given by comrade Agim Mero. Mehmet Shehu greets and talks about the tasks of the youth. Youngsters Bilal Sina, Stavri Prifti, Martin Ndou speak at the Congress. Rhapsody sings songs for Congress. Comrade Yao Wen Juan, head of the Chinese Red Guard delegation was welcomed cheerfully.
