| Synopsis | The film begins with footage of Helmes, continues with photographs from the 1st youth congress, images from the war, from the liberation when the flag is raised. The reconstruction of the country and young people going to the railways. Young people working in the railways. Former member of the youth labour brigade Sali Vata working. The former delegate of the youth congress can be found everywhere, in the oil wells, in the university, in the laboratory, in the mine, in the power plant, in the agricultural cooperative. New delegates are elected for their former congress. The delegates arrive in Helme, R. Alia, P. Kondi and many party and state leaders who were previously delegates to this congress. Umbrellas have been erected in the middle of the field. The site where 20 years ago the newspaper of the field was placed, the flag is raised, young people honouring the site. The meeting is declared open by comrade Fadil Pacrami, R. Alia welcoming the young people. On behalf of the new generation, the secretary of the Youth Central Committee comrade Agim Mero. Former member of the secretary of the party reads the greeting that the delegates addressed to the new generation. A tombstone is erected in the place where the congress was held. Young people dancing, taking different photos. The anniversary of the 1st Albanian youth congress. |
