| Synopsis | On August 23, 1957, at the invitation of the Republic of Albania, a Mongolian delegation headed by the Chairman of the Council of Ministers Junshagi Cedenbal arrives in Albania. The leaders of the Albanian state and party, Mehmet Shehu, Beqir Balluku, and hundreds of residents of the capital came to meet the delegation at the airport . Mehmet Shehu welcomes the delegation and greets Cedenbali. The road from the airport to the capital is full of people. The Mongolian delegation made its first visit to the Presidium of the People’s Assembly where it was received by the Chairman of the Presidium comrade Haxhi Lleshi. Then the delegation visits the Council of Ministers and the Central Committee of the Communist Party. The delegation placing wreaths on the graves of the martyrs. Visit to the city of Shkodra where thousands of residents of the city and the countryside are expected. Comrades Mehmet Shehu and Cedenbal addressing the public at the rally organized on this occasion. The delegation visiting the fruit canning factory and the “Vasil Shanto” agricultural cooperative in Shkoder , the zootechnical institute and the hydroelectric plant on the Mati river. Cedenbali spoke to the workers, wishing them success and new victories in building the country. A part of the delegation led by Comrade Sandon, the Secretary of the Central Committee of the Mongolian People’s Revolutionary Party, accompanied by comrade Hysni Kapo, visited the city of Vlora. Friends spent some pleasant moments on our beautiful coast. The signing ceremony of the joint statement was held between comrades M. Shehu and Cedenbal on August 26. The delegation returning to its homeland, at the airport it is escorted by the people and the leaders of the Albanian state and party.
