| Synopsis | General view of Gjirokastra. The Cold Water. Comrade Enver Hoxha, accompanied by his friends Nexhmije Hoxha and Shefqet Peci, are welcomed by the first secretary of Gjirokastra, comrade Rrapo Dervishi and the Executive Chairman of the district Sybi Bakiri. Having lunch at Cold Water. Comrade Enver laughs and talks. They reach Gjirokaster. At the square of Cercizi . Comrade Enver visits the “Dunavat” and “Monalat” neighbourhoods. Comrade Enver meets with the residents of the neighbourhood. Comrade Enver visits the family of Mejreme Makriu, whose son is martyr. Comrades Enver, Nexhmija and Shefqet Peci visit the neighbourhood called “Stalingrad” during the war.
