Description | The physical conditioning of youth in Kruja. Thousands of young people take part in tourist excursions. A group of young people have set out to climb to the top of Skanderbeg Mountain in Kruja. Without a long walk, young people take a break where they have interesting conversations. Their walk continues through the snow until they reach the top of the mountain. (31.10m) Dajti. Every Sunday, citizens go on excursions to Dajti Mountain, which in winter turns into a tourist centre. The sports club of the University of Tirana organizes a mountaineering choir in Dajti. The platoon is ready for departure. The road begins towards the rocky side of the mountain. The instructor introduces young climbers to the practice of climbing. Orthopaedic doctor Pellumb Karagjozi is also in this group. In the afternoon, young people go skiing. (76.50 m) Towards Korabi. Mountaineers from the four corners of the country gather in the town of Peshkopia from where they will depart for Mount Korabi. Before departure, group commander Kozma Grillo presents the force. The people got up early in the morning to escort the climbers. They spend the first evening in the village of Radomire. The next day, the excursionists are shown the route and given instructions. Climbing is done at a temperature of 12 degrees below zero. After a journey of 6 hours, they take a break where they also eat food. Then, singing partisan songs, they continue the march towards the top. The commander of the group, immersed in snow up to the middle, leads the climbers who reach the top of the mountain 2751 m high.
