Synopsis | Earthquake ruins are visible in the various villages of Dibra and Librazhdi. Comrade Adil Carcani and Comrade Haki Toska reach the district of Dibra, the sites damaged by the earthquake, while Comrade Kadri Azbiu and Comrade Haxhi Lleshi visit Librazhdi. Cars with volunteers come to help the villages. Border guard Agron Elezi was killed during the earthquake. The house of his brother, Mehmet Elezi, who has finished his military service.
