| Synopsis | Rally in Labinot on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the formation of the General Staff of the National Liberation Army. The First Secretary of the Communist Party gives a public speech. The meeting is addressed by Hito Cako, Director of the Political Directorate of the Army. Ndreko Rino takes part in the meeting.
