| Synopsis | Showing images from the war of the Vietnamese people for the liberation of the country in 1954. Ho Chi Min shows the plans of the war and meets with villagers, women and children. The vivacious Tirana. The president of Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh, visiting Albanian in August 1957. He was welcomed at the airport by comrades Mehmet Shehu, Hysni Kapo, Manush Myftiu, Beqir Balluku, Rita Marko, Haki Toska, etc. People cheering for Vietnamese friends through the streets of the capital. The delegation made its first visit to the headquarters of the Presidium of the People’s Assembly. The delegation visiting the graves of the martyrs where it places a wreath. The two-party talks continue at the headquarters of the Central Committee of the Party, Enver Hoxha, Mehmet Shehu, Hysni Kapo, Manush Myftiu, Pilo Peristeri, Spiro Koleka, Rita Marko, Ramiz Alia attend the event. The delegation visits the “Stalin” textile factory. Ho Shi Min is greeted with bread and salt in the village according to tradition. The delegation receiving a warm welcome in Durres and later visits the pioneers’ camp. The pioneers presenting their red scarf to Ho Chi Minh. The visit of the delegation to the city “Stalin” and to the agricultural cooperative “New Life”. Villagers dancing. The Presidium of the People’s Assembly decorates Ho Shi Min with the high order “Skanderbegu”. A big rally is being organized in Tirana, the Albanian people greeting Ho Shi Min. After 4 days of stay in Albania, the Vietnamese delegation returns to its homeland. At the airport the delegation is escorted by Enver Hoxha and other leaders of the Party and the Albanian State. |
