| Synopsis | On July 10, 1943, the General Staff of the People’s Army was established in Labino, Elbasan, on the initiative of Comrade Enver Hoxha. On the occasion of the 45th anniversary of the creation of the UNC, the Military Academy organized a scientific conference dedicated to the opinion of the M-L of the Party and Comrade Enver Hoxha for the strengthening and protection of our socialist Motherland.
