Synopsis From the house where the Communist Party of Albania was founded, fireworks are set off. A boy emerges carrying a lit torch, which is then passed from hand to hand through different cities of the country. Shots of work in various factories, in agricultural cooperatives, and grape harvesting on farms follow. A girl in military uniform takes the torch. A train in motion. Prodani reports to the Minister of People’s Defense, Beqir Balluku. Both, riding in military vehicles, greet the soldiers. The band performs the anthem. Beqir Balluku delivers the ceremonial speech. Enver Hoxha and other leaders salute from the tribune. Former partisans march past, followed by the “Mehmet Shehu” Military Academy, the “Enver” united school, women officers, the Skanderbeg cadets, border forces led by the Hero of the People Zija Kambo. Hysni Kapo and Piro Dodbiba are visible. The military unit named after the First Assault Brigade marches past. Engineers with modern equipment, anti-aircraft units, rockets, tanks, artillery, jet units, Katyushas pass by, while aircraft fly overhead. Shots from the great popular manifestation follow, including a large portrait of Enver Hoxha and portraits of the classics of Marxism-Leninism.
