At the Central Committee, the delegation is received by Fatos Cami and those accompanying them: Roland Dhimitri, Aleks Buda, Drit\u00ebro Agolli, Ylli Popa and others. Bilateral talks take place. At the State University of Tirana, the French deputies are received by the Minister of Culture, Sk\u00ebnder Gjinushi. Scenes from the development of bilateral discussions. At the State Committee of Arts, the deputies are welcomed by Prof. Alfred U\u00e7i, Viktor Gjika, and Ismail Kadare. The group of French deputies pays homage at the Martyrs\u2019 Cemetery and lays wreaths at the grave of Enver Hoxha. At the Palace of Brigades, the French delegation is received by President Ramiz Alia and the Albanian deputies accompanying them: Roland Dhimitri, Ylli Popa, Jorgo Mi\u00e7ja.
