Directed by filmmaker Sergei Yutkevich the historical film is about Albanian national hero, Scanderberg. Gjergj Kastrioti unites the Albanian princes through his marriage with Donika and also organizing the Alliance of Lezha, but he confronts, as well, his nephew’s betray, Hamza. The first feature film of the Albanian Soviet collaboration. |
