| Abstract | Original photo negative taken for the Albanian fiction feature film “Koncert Në Vitin 1936”. Directed by filmmaker Saimir Kumbaro, this color comedy tells the story of two young performers, a pianist and a singer, who arrive in a small village where they meet some resistance from the local authorities. The film uses the music and is loosely based on the life of the Albanian singer Tefta Tashko-Koço (1910-1947). |
