| Title | Toward Europe |
| Synopsis | The beginnings of democracy in Albania are shown through scenes from rallies, with flags, banners, and chants of “Freedom, Democracy,” followed by further moments from demonstrations where Azem Hajdari, Lisen Bashkurti, and Spiro Dede speak (sync). Various environments in Tirana present different social groups: young people sitting on curbs and sidewalks, girls talking, elderly people on park benches, and young men speaking to the camera about political changes, while crowds chant “We want Albania like all of Europe.” Young people are seen gambling in the streets, alongside markets selling second-hand goods and shops with long queues. At Skanderbeg Square, people sit along the edges of the fountains, while others gather around the fenced compounds of foreign embassies. Footage from the exodus by ship shows people running to board the ships Legend Panama and Teuta Durres. Broken windows of the Palace of Culture and destroyed agricultural and industrial buildings reflect the difficult conditions. Azem Hajdari, Lisen Bashkurti, and Spiro Dede continue speaking (sync) about the road toward Europe and foreign aid, while various young people share their views on the state of the country and the European dream, as scenes from rallies continue.
