| Synopsis | The film begins by presenting Kruje, the Skanderbeg monument and the Kruje castle. The tombstone of Skanderbeg’s warriors against the Turks. The Skanderbeg monument was inaugurated in Tiarne on the 22nd anniversary of the People’s Republic of Albania, on the 500th anniversary of Skanderbeg’s death. Comrades Enver Hoxha, Mehmet Shehu, Hysni Kapo, Haxhi Lleshi, Adil Carcani, Beqir Balluku, Haki Toska, Gogo Nushi, Spiro Koleka, Rita Mrako are attending the inauguration ceremony. The inauguration of the Skanderbeg monument was attended by expatriate Albanian and Albanian scholars living abroad. Beqir Balluku speaks at the rally. Comrade Enver Hoxha unveils the monument.
