| Synopsis | Lezha is celebrating, people are dancing in the square. People waiting cheerfully for Comrade Enver Hoxha who meets people. He is accompanied by his friends Mehmet Shehu, Ramiz Alia, Adil Carcani, and Haxhi Lleshi. Comrade Enver greets the cheering people. A huge meeting is organized, which is opened by mentor Muca, the first secretary of C.P in the district. They welcome the different volunteer rally as well as members of the jerseys who took shelter.
