| Synopsis | The beginning of the documentary is dedicated to the earthquake of April 3, 1969. A revolutionary atmosphere reign under the slogan “One for all and all for one”. The construction works to address the consequences of the earthquake. On April 5, Comrade Mehmet Shehu arrived in several districts damaged by the earthquake. He meets and talks to people. Comrade Mehmet Shehu visits Rabije village. He talks to residents and specialists. Comrade Mehmet Shehu visits the district of Permet. A rally is held. Comrade Bato Karafili, First Secretary of the Permet district, speaks, Comrade Mehmet Shehu speaks. On April 6, Comrade Enver Hoxha visits the areas damaged by the earthquake. He is accompanied by comrades Kadri Azbiu and Shefqet Peci. They meet with comrades Mehmet Shehu and Adil Carcani. Comrade Enver visits Tepelene where he was received by Comrade Rebani Shehu. Comrade Enver visits the locality of Krahas and talks with the villagers, workers and volunteers of Tepelene district. A rally is organized in Tepelene where comrades Rebani Shehu and Enver Hoxha address the public From this meeting, a telegram is sent to the 9th Congress of Chinese C.P. Comrade Enver visits the district of Fier, the village of Nines where he talks with the villagers and volunteers. Comrade Enver talks with former partisan of the first attacking brigade Jonuz Saliaj. Petraq Magjstari, first secretary of the Fier district, speaks. Comrade Enver visits Hekal village. Leaders put wreaths on the graves of the martyrs of Hekal. He meets with people. Comrade Enver Hoxha spoke about some important issues of communist education. Ongoing work to address the devastating consequences of the earthquake. Lure volunteers place wreaths on the bust of Gjok Doci, at the “Gjok Doci” Agricultural Cooperative. A crowd of people listen to the telegram that the President of the 9th Congress of Chinese Communist Party sent about the earthquake. Comrade Lin Tin Cuan, the foreign affairs representative of the People’s Republic of China, comes to the place of the earthquake. He works on the foundations of new buildings. Comrade Lin Tin Cuan addresses the public. Comrade Spiro Koleka and Shinasi Dragoti look at the plan of the new village. |
