The meeting is opened by Simon Stefani who gives the floor to Enver Hoxha (synchronized). The audience listening and applauding. Synchronization continues. Hamdi Ferhati and Xhelil Gjoni listening in the presidium. After the words of Comrade Enver Hoxha, different debaters speak. |
